Questions about plans

Does my partner pay too?: No. One plan covers your space for both of you — your partner joins free.
How do the free days work?: Every new account has Plus free for its first 14 days — no card, nothing to cancel. When your partner joins, the 14 days start again from then, so you get your coach for your first reveals together (up to four weeks from signing up). Afterwards you keep everything, including what your coach wrote, and choose Plus or carry on with Free.
Can we just stay on Free?: Yes, for as long as you like. Free keeps the core of TwoTrue; Plus adds your coach.
Can we cancel any time?: Yes. Cancel in Me → Your plan; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
Will my price change?: Your price holds for the whole period you’ve paid for. If it ever changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
What if we have more than one relationship?: TwoTrue is made for couples for now. Plus covers one shared space; you can add more for $4.99 a month each, and every space works just like a couples space. Spaces made for family and friends are on the way.
Is tax included?: Yes. Prices include any sales tax or VAT. Outside the US, checkout may show the price in your own currency.
What will I see on my card statement?: LINK.COM* TWOTRUE. Payments go through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which also sends your receipts and can help with any billing question.
